The invisible patterns beneath the visible life.
An experiential practice for reading recurring patterns in identity, creativity, relationship, vocation and the stories we mistake for the whole self.
THE PRACTICE
Archetypal work asks us to recognize the forces that keep appearing in our lives without reducing ourselves to a label. Human Design, shadow work, myth and depth psychology can become lenses for noticing pattern, tension and possibility.
The point is not to replace one rigid identity with another. The point is to develop a more complex vocabulary for what is already moving through us.
